I also have nothing but good things to say about Patrick and The Boro Mac Shop. I was referred to him by a friend late last year after my hard drive crashed. I made the drive to Murfreesboro all the way from Nashville and it was definitely well worth the time and effort. Unfortunately my hard drive couldn't be saved but I'm very confident Patrick did everything possible. He did however hook me up with a new, higher capacity HD and my computer has been better than ever since my visit. To top it off, I got out of there with a bill that was quite a bit lower than I was expecting. Really, really nice guy too. Can't recommend The Boro Mac Shop enough.

When my Mac Mini started having a strange drive problem, I was lucky enough to find Patrick at The Boro Mac Shop, after a
couple of google searches. The drive wouldn't boot and, of course, no back up for the files I wanted to save.
Patrick ran diagnostics, and put some time into what ended up being a real mess...thousands of permission errors.
He managed to put the drive in working order long enough for me to recover the files. The drive is in the boneyard,
and the mini is cranking along on the 120 gig drive I took out of the MacBook.
I really enjoyed talking to Patrick and learned a few things that have improved my security habits.
He shared his knowledge free, because he is a Mac lover too. The cost for his professional services at The Boro Mac Shop,
are quite reasonable; while the quality of the service is top drawer.
To give this a bit of perspective, I am a 23 year Mac user, and am pretty adept at my own repairs. I just came from
Southern California, and have used a few top recommended services in the Los Angeles area. They were great.
The Boro Mac Shop is as great or better than any service I have used; and there is the added value of personal
interest and care.

I discovered The Boro Mac Shop three years ago, referred by a friend (thanks, David Mullen) when his shop was still
in Franklin. I live in Franklin, so taking my Macs to Patrick was convenient at first. He did such a stellar
job, however -- and at such reasonable prices -- that I have continued to patronize The Boro Mac Shop even after
Patrick moved his shop to the wilderness of Murfreesboro. For me, the postage is worth it. Patrick continues
to deliver the kind of first-class service that I never received from the big-time corporate shops, and he
always treats me fairly on the price. I can't recommend The Boro Mac Shop highly enough!

Patrick is my go-to guy for my Mac babies. Because of his outstanding preventive maintenance, I haven't had the
tiniest bit of trouble with my Macs since I first discovered him in 2002! If I have a question, Patrick has always
